A PROMISE & RESPONSIBILITY

Jesus said in Luke 11:28 NKJV Blessed are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”
The AMP. Bible interprets the word blessed as happy and to be envied are those who HEAR THE WORD, sadly, there seems to be so many who profess to be Believers, and yet are so deaf they do not hear, or do not know how to hear the voice of God especially through the Scriptures.  Jesus says in John 5:25 NKJV Most assuredly, I say to you, the hour is coming, and now is, when the dead will hear the voice of the Son of God; and those who hear will live. 

WHEN YOU HEAR THE WORD OF GOD IT PRODUCES LIFE IN YOU.

BUT PASSIVE HEARING IS NOT ENOUGH

The Passion translation tells us we MUST LISTEN CAREFULLY
The MESSAGE expresses it this way ARE YOUR EARS AWAKE
The NKJV says we                 MUST KEEP THE WORD OF GOD
The AMPLIFIED says           MUST LISTEN AND TAKE HEED
In simple terms we              MUST OBEY AND PRACTICE IT AND GUARD THE WORD
Let us do the Nike thing and JUST DO IT
