DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS WRITTEN IN THE WILL (THE WORD OF GOD) FOR YOU NOW?

My last 2 blogs (“access pass” & “having an Advocate”) are 2 wonderful TRUTHS/expressions of our INHERITANCE IN CHRIST NOW, that is part of GOD’S SO GREAT SALVATION that He designed in eternity past that had its fulfillment in the death and resurrections of the Lord Jesus Christ.

When the Word of God really starts to touch an unbeliever’s life, he becomes so aware of the fact that he is a sinner and realises he needs forgiveness, and that Jesus is the answer to his need. The Apostle Peter describes this when an unbeliever responds to the conviction of his sin and responds to the claims of Christ on his life. In 1 Peter 1:23 KJV Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by THE WORD OF GOD, which liveth and abideth for ever.

Sadly, so many never go beyond this in their knowledge that God’s So great Salvation is so much more that having your sins forgiven and receiving assurance that they have received the gift of eternal life and their names are now written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.

THIS IS WHERE BIBLICAL DISCIPLESHIP IS SO IMPORTANT.

Personally, I did not have the privilege of ever being discipled, and even though I am a Bible College graduate, it is only in the last few years have I begun to understand more fully and clearly just how much is included in GOD’S SO GREAT SALVATION. I have written recently on the fact:

We have an ACCESS PASS into the presence of God 24/7

We have an ADVOCATE (the Lord Jesus Christ who ever lives to make intercession for us).

God has appointed an ANGEL/S to minister to us at His direction.

I had never given much thought to angels in the past, I know they are busy in Heaven, around the throne of God in worship, the writer of the Book of Hebrews 1:13-14 KJV declares But to which of the angels said He at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? ¹⁴ Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to MINISTER for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

AMP.N.T. ¹⁴ Are not the angels all ministering spirits (servants) sent out in the service [of God for the assistance] of those who are to inherit salvation?

N.I.V. ¹⁴ Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?

I thank God every day for the angel/s that the Lord uses to minister to me, God knows what I need and directs the angel/s to minister to me.

I GIVE GOD ALL THE GLORY FOR THIS.

So, these are 3 things above are clearly written in the WILL (THE WORD OF GOD) and I would encourage you to spend more time in the Epistles (for example) meditating and praying that God “would turn the light on” and give you greater understanding of what has your name written on it, and claim it, we literally have no excuse not to be able to live a victorious holy life NOW. Our inheritance is so much more than spending eternity in heaven, NOW WE HAVE EVERYTHINGWE NEED. Hallelujah.
