THE BENEFITS OF PRAYING IN TONGUES

I am simply going to list the RESULTS, and a Scripture, and you can do the study

1. A new relationship with Jesus  John 16:14

4. An expanded prayer life 1 Corinthians 14:15

7. A new assurance 2 Corinthians 1:22
8. A new spiritual usefulness 1 Corinthians 12:7

10. A power for miracles Romans 15:19

I will now list the benefits of speaking in tongues and you can do the study,

1. When you pray in tongues you are uniquely praying to God 1 Corinthians 14:2
2. It keeps you in tune with the Spirit Acts 2:4
3. It will strengthen your spirit 1 Corinthians 14:4
4. You will be able to pray, when you don’t know what to pray Romans 8:26
5. It is a weapon against the enemy Mark 16: 15-18

It is the privilege of every Believer to be filled with the Spirit, and be introduced to the Gifts of the Holy Spirit, especially having a PERSONAL PRAYER LANGUAGE.
If you have not yet been filled with the Spirit, I encourage you to:
Make a total surrender of yourself to God, and expect Him to fill your life, then begin to thank and praise God for this glorious experience, and continue to do just that, you will soon be experiencing an awesome blessing upon your life and you will begin to move to a new level of relationship with the Lord.
