SEEING THE LORD ACTIVELY & DAILY WORKING IN OUR WORLD

Three days ago I wrote a blog entitled RECOGNISING GOD’S HAND AND BEING THANKFUL. I am sure our God is more involved in our day to day lives than we often realise, or we simply take for granted these many “blessed interruptions” that occur in our lives, often not realising and appreciating the degree God is constantly involved in every aspect of our lives.

I highlighted in the blog that almost every day this week, there has been an opportunity to uniquely speak to someone either face to face, or on the phone or on social media, often this has developed into praying with that person, or the promise to regularly pray for them. I see this as the Lord helping me to continue to develop my Intercessory Ministry.

Prior to my meeting with some Ministry brothers just yesterday for coffee and fellowship, I had some errands to run, and this included saying hi to the Pharmacist who owns our local pharmacy, we actually chatted for at least 15 minutes, and I concluded with saying I will be praying for him. He concluded by saying, he had “felt” there was something different about me, TO GOD BE THE GLORY.

I have never known (or remember) such as a week as this one, I don’t know whether it is a season the Lord is specifically taking me through or what, but I am so thankful, and want to learn more and more to be sensitive to encounters whether they be through social media or phone, or face to face.

I often get FB messages from people particularly from third word countries, again this week, there has been 4 or 5, sadly, they are often a request for finance, my response is that I will pray and ask Jehovah Jireh to meet their need, 2 or 3 of the messages this week, were requesting counsel and guidance on matters happening in their life especially their Ministry life. Sadly. there are so many who are in ministry around the world that do not have a Mentor or anyone they are accountable too. I realise it is virtually impossible (except using a video link) to really be a full Mentor to someone (1000’s of kms away), but these messages received this week could also be related to my 2021 goal setting of raising up new new Disciple-Makers/Mentors this year, so I seek your prayer support, for this area please.

This blog today is at least my 16th so far this year, I have also written to say there is an increasing number (hundreds) of people from over 20 nations (this year) that are reading my blogs on WP, I do not have the stats for Twitter or FB. This is the third of my three Faith Goals in 2021, and I cannot but humbly bow before the Lord and give Him thanks and all the glory for all these encouraging signs.
