A CURRENT FRESH EXCITING TESTIMONY TO THE BLESSING OF GOD ON MY LIFE

It is quite a few months since I have written a blog, and I particularly have not given a fresh testimony to the blessing of the Lord on our lives. The pain I have experienced for over a year is still very much with me, I have been on various medications and other medical and surgical forms of seeking assistance, but yet so far no real positive results. I will continually re-affirm the Lord’s sovereignty in my life Rom.8:28-30 NKJV And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose. For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren. Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.

The Lord has so used all the pain because He loves me, and wants me to be a “partaker of His holiness” and experience more of the “peaceable fruit of righteous” Heb. 12:10-12 NKJV For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.

I sincerely believe the Lord has been doing a precious work of grace in my life, for which I will thank Him throughout eternity. I believe the “chastening” time is coming to an end, but with the Lord’s help I will continually lay hold of His grace so I can continue to grow in grace and in the knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.

So, today I am responding to the Psalmist,s challenge in Psalm 107:2 NKJV “Let the redeemed of the Lord say so”. Yesterday, for example was a blessed day for us, as we not only attended our local church, but also Margaret is playing keyboard at our branch church some 90kms away, and the fellowship in the car, was so good, as well as the worship and Ministry of the Word and fellowship with Believers there.

In the last month there has been a sovereign move of the Holy Spirit at Asbury University in the U.S. which has spread to many other places in the U.S. and to numerous other nations, like Uganda, Philippines, Kenya, Nicaragua. (Did you hear that Franklin Graham preached in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam recently) I am praying that every nation on the earth is going to be touched. The Psalmist encourages us to “Ask Him for the nations as an inheritance” Psalm 2:8. NKJV, like the late Reihnardt Bonnke did for the whole continent of Africa, and it is still happening today.

These last few years has seen such a decline in morality and Christian lifestyle around the world, like as we read in Luke 18:8 NKJV Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?” I have been often quoting that verse as even the Church seems not to care, and shuts its eyes to the wickedness everywhere, I am so glad the Lord has moved sovereignly, and am praying much this will increase, to every nation. Pray with me that Pastors and leaders everywhere will encourage God’s people to pray like never before, let us lay hold of the promise in James 4:8 NKJV Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. In the Greek text this is in the “present continuous tense” so as we continually draw near to the Lord He will continually draw near to us, and we will see REVIVAL amen.

Let me remind you the Lord uses us humans to be involved in revival, and because of our humanity revival can sometimes be “messy”. There is a German proverb (that Martin Luther used, “Don’t throw out the baby (the truth) with the dirty bathwater, sadly there has been some critics of this revival, let’s not criticise it but pray it will increase more and more amen.

Personally I am daily praying, “Lord I want to walk unaided and without pain, as I believe the Lord is gonig to transition me into a new area of ministry, and I want to be able to do it, with all my strength and enthusiasm. Will you pray with me, that the Lord will relieve me of my pain.

As a result of my physical limitations at this time I have been able to spend more time in Intercession, there are neary l30 people who I am praying for that they will be “translated out of the Kingdom of darkness into the Kingdom of God’s dear son, for many ministries who I have related over the years, and thirdly, for some Believers who are struggling, or have yet to find their ministry, or are :too busy to serve the Lord,

So this is my fresh testimony to the blessing and goodness on my life TO GOD BE ALL THE GLORY.
