SPEAKING AND THINKING FAITH (Lenten17)

A few days ago I received a picture and post from a dear Pastor friend, that blessed and encouraged me (it was so timely)  it read:
When Davide faced Goliath, he didn’t talk about how dangerous Goliath was- he talked about how great God is. DON’T TALK fear. TALK FAITH.
I am currently undergoing some medical tests and I do not get the results back until Thursday morning, and the thoughts and  possible results are constantly at the back of my mind.

NOT ONLY DO I NEED TO TALK FAITH BUT ALSO THINK FAITH.

We know it is the Holy Spirit that QUICKENS (makes alive) the Word of God to us and produces faith in our hearts. So we must take the Sword of the Spirit and CONFESS the Word of God, and also take the NAME OF JESUS and cast down every thought and imagination that does not line up with the Word of God. This we need to do CONTINUALLY.
I have written on this topic many times, as we ALL need to be regularly reminded about this, I would also ask you to pray for me, that my casting down will be effective amen.
