HOW IS YOUR SIGHT & HEARING?

I  suffer with type 2 Diabetes which fortunately is diet controlled and has been ever since it was discovered I suffered with it,  Our government’s health program is very good and assists Diabetics in many ways to keep in it check. I recently had to have my annual eye sight check, and it was discovered that both my distance and reading sight had slightly diminished so I now have new spectacles to assist me.
Just as we have 5 natural senses, seeing, hearing tasting, touching and smelling, so we have 5 spiritual senses that we need to develop and also keep a check on, as they can also begin to diminish if we do not work on our spiritual disciplines.
These last few months I have started to become almost overwhelmed by  the spiritual decline that to me seems very evident in both the Church and in the world. Consequently I had started to develop a “remnant mentality” meaning that when the Lord returns there will be few who really are standing for the Lord. I must also admit I felt convicted in my heart that I was feeling this way but felt justified in my position by what I saw with my natural eye.

In 2 Kings 6:17 we read Elisha had to pray for his servant. “Lord I pray, open his eyes that he may see” and miraculously he began to see what the Prophet had seen all along.

I NEEDED AN EYE OPENING EXPERIENCE

MY BLINDNESS HAD ALSO EFFECTED MY HEARING!!!

Paul had to pray for the Ephesian believers (chapter 1:18) “that the eyes of their understanding would be enlightened”.
I think someone has been praying for me, and the Holy Spirit has been speaking to me, and I have had an eye opening experience, I have lifted my eyes a little higher and afresh have begun to see as Jesus wants me to see.
My ears have been unblocked as well, and I can declare with Elijah I HEAR THE SOUND OF ABUNCE OF RAIN 1 Kings 18:41. With my blindness and deafness I could not  say harvest would come in four months. but with my eyes opened I can say it is HARVEST TIME NOW. John 4:35
I declare with the prophet Haggai  2:9 the glory of the latter house (church) will be greater than the former (early church).
I have repented of my unbelief and blindness and deafness, and by the grace of God, I will never let my spiritual senses ever diminish again. I will let THE WORD WORK  in my spirit every day, I will reject the words of the evil one, and the compromisers and I will personally fulfil the will of God in my generation and do everything to see revival come in our day, and do my part to help prepare the Church to be “without spot or blemish or any such thing” but will be triumphant and  cause a revolution that will see the world “turned the right side u” amen
